water; BCAA 2:1:1 [L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine]; EnergyON [beta-alanine, L-citruline malate, taurine, caffeine anhydrous]; aromas; thickeners – xanthan gum, guar gum; preservative – sorbic acid; sweeteners – sodium cyclamate, acesulfame K, sucralose, sodium saccharinate; colour for the grapefruit and cherry flavour – cochineal.
[50 ml] Take a single serving of the product ‒ 50 ml (1 ampoule) 1 time daily, 30 min. before workout. Shake before use. The product can be dissolved in water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. One-time consumption of 800 mg of beta-alanine at a time may cause tingling and numbness.
